The 23/24 beach season has come to an end, but this doesn’t mean we stop training… no, we go all through winter. It’s the best time of year to get to grips with the elements, master technique and let those who move indoors marvel at your ability to brave the harsh conditions 4 to 6 weeks of an El Nino plagued Melbourne will bring.
The winter schedule offers weekend sessions, both on a Saturday and Sunday. As we have lost quite a few of our elite crew to the AVA, interstate/country based universities, and international scholarships and travel, we are going to open the Sunday sessions a little more. Saturday sessions will continue in almost an identical way to the summer schedule, only 30 minutes later for all starts.
