From water training at Collaroy beach, to sand dune slope runs in Summer Bay (Palm Beach). Hustle drills on Newport beach, to game drills in Manly with the NSW Centre of Excellence.
Throw in the Asian Champs across the whole long weekend… bring on the 2017 camp!

PALM BEACH SAND DUNES
Almost 100 metres of soft, deep sand sitting on a 40 degree slope. The crew (10) set a team target of 70 slope runs… They managed 143!
Massive props to Zeb and Blake; the youngest members of the crew, pulling out the most individual runs. The bar has been set for the 2017 crew.
