Beachcomber Cafe have been supporting Vic Beach Volleyball Academy (VBVA) for the past two seasons. With this support VBVA have been able to facilitate a training structure that helps kids financially while also creating a real ‘team’ environment.
Not only are they fantastic supporters of the best junior beach volleyball program in Victoria; they also happen to be a great place to eat and drink as you relax by the beach.

MBVA | MELBOURNE BEACHES VOLLEYBALL ASSOCIATION
MBVA is the not-for-profit body which oversees the sport in Victoria. They have been a fantastic support base for VBVA since their inception – around the same time we started. Both Bam and Chico were original board members when the MBVA began; Bam continues to sit on the board, although in 2014 resigned from his position as Vice President. This is the association that ensures our kids are insured and receiving local benefits.
If MBVA are behind the scenes, it is because Vic Beach is at the forefront! Vic Beach is the lifeblood of the sport in Victoria, running events of the highest quality; year in year out. Owned and operated by local beach legend ‘Big Al’, Vic Beach has been a strong supporter of the VBVA since we first started. We look forward to working with Al and the crew for years to come.
